Such as helping to establish Midlands artist Shimm1 and The Main Event (TME) Festival to award winning status, as well as, establishing J.E.P.’s Real Deal Comedy Jam to a brand as the No.1 Stand-up comedy show in the Midlands.
QC's main focus is being a Publicist to its clients and visions to provide quintessential PR, consultancy and event planning services to meet your business or individual objectives on time and within budget – every time, no matter how big or small.

NZINGA GRAHAM-SMITH, ACIPR - BOSS LADY (OWNER)
Queen of the Crop® was founded by Nzinga Graham-Smith aka Naz (Chief Executive) who has over 6 years PR and event planning experience, as well as working in areas such as radio, fashion and magazines for the likes of, Song BMG, V2 Records, Dazed & Confused, Best Est. PR, to name but a few. During that period Nzinga also worked in New York and LA as a Producer, A&R, Marketer and Event Planner.
Since moving back to Birmingham in 2005 Nzinga has contributed in rejuvenating and reviving Birmingham’s music and entertainment scene through PR and organising various music, entertainment and comedy events, including the thriving Real Deal Comedy Jam; the ‘UK's No. 1 urban stand-up comedy show’ staring legendary U.S. comedians from the Def Comedy Jam era, such as Kevin Hart, Michael Colyar, Bill Bellamy, to name but a few.

SARA AUGUSTUS - MARKETING & EVENTS COORDINATOR ASSISTANT
Since graduating with a degree in Media and communications in June 2008 Sara she has taken on various roles within the music and entertainment industry to help kick start her career ambition as a Publicist and Event Management/Coordinator.
During that period Sara has gained experience as a P.A. and Event Assistant for renown and up and coming UK and International artist from the music, dance and comedy industries.
She also excels as a freelance Journalist specialising in blogs, gossip and entertainment features.
Sara is also a member of management for the Birmingham based dance company CRC (Creating Real Change).

ROCHELLE ROBERTSON - PROMOTIONS & EVENTS COORDINATOR ASSISTANT
Rochelle is an ambitious and driven 24 year old who has a passion for the music arts and entertainment industry.
She has been working on community arts events for the last five years and has established herself as a keen player in the arts, entertainment industry in Birmingham.
She enjoys singing and has created a name for herself in the UK Funky scene through mix tapes and collaborations with well-known MC's.
Her goals for the future include cementing some solid music monthly events called Soulive in Birmingham where up and coming budding artists get the chance to perform and gain exposure.
This time next year Rochelle should have finished her degree in Youth & Community Work.
Rochelle says, "Dream big, because when it happens it gonna happen real quick."
